Mosaicomicro’s products are crafted from recycled glass sourced through an innovative cathode ray tube monitor recycling process. The transformation begins with glass powder, clay, and water—a sustainable blend that forms the foundation of each tile.
Skilled artisans pour this mixture into custom molds, ensuring both quality and aesthetics at every stage. After a meticulous drying process of at least 24 hours, the tiles are kiln-fired, solidifying their unique characteristics. From here, the tiles take shape—assembled in various designs by a combination of human craftsmanship and advanced robotic systems, ensuring consistent quality for every piece.
Each mosaic is mounted on a durable, hot water-resistant polyurethane mesh, expertly applied using state-of-the-art robotic technology for precision and longevity.
